Ela Motors Funds Project Yumi Inc’s Project Skul Initiative

Ela Motors donated K27, 500 to Project Yumi Inc to support their mission to enhance the quality of education in PNG. Chief Executive Officer of Ela Motors, Mitsuyoshi Okutsu, was pleased to present the cheque to Project Yumi Inc on Tuesday 17^th May in Port Moresby.

This donation was made possible through the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility program to fund five classroom furniture kits and books from Australia for schools in Morobe, Madang and Enga. This is to ensure that schools have the required learning resources available for students to access and use under the care of Project Yumi Inc.

Ela Motors is confident that this CSR support will help improve and assist the organization’s mission to elevate the quality of education among the schools for students within rural communities in PNG. 

The Project Yumi Regional Coordinator, Arleena Kukari, expressed her gratitude to Ela Motors for supporting the organization.

Project Yumi Inc is an Australian registered charity and PNG-registered not-for-profit organization that aims to build effective relationships with communities in rural PNG to boost the quality of education and health.
