“Ela Motors’ Graduate Development Program Resumes

The Ela Motors Graduate Development Program is aimed at attracting, recruiting, developing, and retaining graduates who have the potential to make a higher-level contribution to Ela Motors in the mid to long term of the program’s timeframe.

After a rigorous recruiting plan supported by HR for the recommencement of the EMGDP, we recently welcomed Ms Jamilla Kawas, Ms Elly Kale, and Ms Doris Poyenou into the Learning & Development office to begin their company induction, on-boarding requirements, and business introduction education.

Our Graduate Development Program offers Jamilla, Elly, and Doris an opportunity to develop professional business skills in key disciplines such as Parts, Logistics, Service, Sales & Marketing, and People & Business Development.

On successful completion of the program, our graduates will embark on a long-term career development journey, enabling them to select and develop a suitable pathway towards key organisation positions that will drive business performance and growth. In addition, our program ensures the best possible support is delivered throughout their journey.
