Chayil Information Technology wins 2024 Ela Motors SME Award

Chayil Information Technology was awarded the grand prize at the 5th Annual Ela Motors SME Award Night on October 12th in Port Moresby.

This event, organized by PNG SME Magazine, honors excellence, innovation, and growth among the top-performing SMEs nationwide. Since its inception in 2020, the Ela Motors SME Awards have seen a remarkable increase in nominations across various categories.

As the winner, Chayil Information Technology received a Hino 200 Series Truck, which was presented to founder Shane Chinau by Ela Motors’ CEO, Masaru Mikami. Mikami-san expressed his delight in recognizing Chayil Information Technology and acknowledged the support of all corporate sponsors, PNG government, and the organizing committee.

Recognized for its e-library services, Chayil Information Technology supports schools in Morobe province. This success not only signifies a significant milestone for Chayil but also stands as a momentous win for Morobe SMEs, the Morobe Provincial Government, the Education Department, and the broader ICT industry in PNG.
